Sometimes people have a clearly delineated problem. More often, though, all kinds of things are interwoven and people alternate between, for example, sombre, fearful and sad moods.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the problems, person and situation, we can use different evidence based methods: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance &amp; commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization &amp; reprocessing (EMDR), schema therapy and mindfulness. For couples therapy we use Integrative Behavioural Couples Therapy (IBCT). You can choose to have online and\/or face-to-face sessions.
